She has experience in residential, rural and urban settings and focuses specifically on trauma informed care. Dani is interested in working with people from all backgrounds, and those people who are important to them, whether they be biological family or a family of choice. She uses a systemic approach to meet people where they are to create their own village. She has extensive training in Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy and focuses on supporting families and organizations to meet their own vision of how they want their system to function, utilizing their own strengths. Dani has been training foster parents, community organizations and larger businesses on how they can meet the mental health needs of the families within their own communities. Dani moved to the United States from Australia in 1995 and has personal experience in dealing with immigration issues. She then spent 18 years as a military wife and understands the challenges as well as the benefits of belonging to a military network. Outside of work, Dani enjoys spending time with her own family of 7.

Dani now provides Couples Intensives with Koala Wellness and Consulting for those who need to make faster progress in their relationships without having to stop after an hour. Harlie Disney is a Licensed Resident in Counseling with a Masters' Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Mt. Olive. She is also a Brainspotting Practitioner, trained to address trauma and the body's fight, flight, freeze responses. She has experience with children, adolescents, and adults. She provides individual therapy in addition to an emotional regulation group for children aged 5-10 years old. In this group, the children learn the tools needed to express and regulate their emotions. Growing up in a military family, Harlie learned where resiliency is born. She believes that every journey starts with the first step and that it is important to celebrate every win.
